When selling a property it is important for the property to have kerb appeal ! this is where the property looks good from the outside . If the property has shiny windows , frames and nice clean gutters , soffits and fascias the potential purchaser will see that this is one or two less jobs that will require doing when they move in . If a house has really grubby white uPVC a potential customer may try and negotiate a price to replace these items when it is totally unnecessary.

We recently did a clean for a customer in Penn Wolverhampton where thye requested a clean of all plastics of windows and the conservatory as they had a viewing the following day . The windows needed a deep clean as all the plastic had gone grey and had moss and lichen growing on the ledges . The property sold within the first viewing !!!
